Looks like you had a good month of reading! I just finished Not Her Daughter – an interesting premise (that I found improbable in its resolution) but I enjoyed reading just to find out how it all worked out in the end.

Thanks for visiting, Mary, and I mostly enjoyed Not Her Daughter, but I also thought the ending was improbable.

Your August looks fantastic. I see the mystery/thrillers are totally balanced out by the other genres! I intend reading Clock Dance at some point, no doubt further down the track but I do have it now on my shelf!!

Thanks for stopping by, Kathryn, and I hope you do enjoy Clock Dance at some point.
After all my thrillers, I’ve started the new month with contemporary fiction…and I’m loving a book by Kristan Higgins: Now That You Mention It. I know you’ve read it…right?

My August looked pretty rubbish – too much socialising and working left little time for reading and more of those than normal weren’t really ‘for me’ I do however have high hopes for September.

Thanks, Cleo, I like that we can always turn a “rubbish” month around when the new month comes. Enjoy, and thanks for stopping by.
