MONTHLY WRAP-UP: MARCH IS GONE!

a perfect bookish day

Wow, how did March slip away so quickly?  I have thoroughly enjoyed the books I read this month, and my number is the same as last month.

Three of my books were review books:  2 from NetGalley, and 1 from Amazon Vine.  I am participating in one challenge, Read the Books You Buy, and my total completed so far is 23 books read & reviewed.

I had a nice mix of thrillers, contemporary fiction, and literary fiction.

Click the titles to see my reviews.  Enjoy April!  And check in over at Book Date, to add your post links to the others.

  1. Oh I see a few I want to read, seen as you liked the Anna Quindlen book so much looks like I should start reading this one first. I do have one of her others though on my shelf. As I said before a little nervous! I have 41 books ytd so a little way behind you but not too much!

    1. I hope you enjoy the Anna Quindlen book…I know some didn’t love it as much as I did. Who can tell what will resonate with individual readers? And yes, we both are doing well with our numbers, aren’t we? Thanks for stopping by, Kathryn.

  2. I have more than half your books on my wishlist and look forward to reading them! And Miller’s Valley is near the top of my list. Thanks for sharing your thoughts here. You had a great month, and read many titles that I want to pick up very soon.

    1. Thanks, Mary, the month seemed to fly by, but I enjoyed such a variety of books. I love how the challenge gives me “permission” to read some newer books on my shelves, as well as some I bought in the last six months of last year.

What a great month!! I hope next month is equally great!
I love your gif at the top. It’s rainy in Ohio today (all weekend it’s supposed to be), and I’m wishing that were me right now instead of at work! Curled up with coffee and a book sounds way better. 🙂
