What are/were your favorite book(s) of the year? (Bonus points if you know how many books you read.)
That’s an easy one! I did the page for my favorites just the other day! Here’s my link to my ten favorites of the year page.
On that list is Gone Girl, which is probably my very favorite one, but the other nine are panting to be picked, too.

I also liked Sarah Jio’s Blackberry Winter. The other two you listed I’m not familiar with. I may have to check them out, and see what I missed in 2012.

I also liked Blue Monday very much, and I am starting in Gone girl next week, I hope. Good to see you even said it was one of your favorites this year. The others look very nice as well.

I enjoyed Blackberry Winter too. I will be doing my wrap-up on New Years. It’s nice to go back and revisit/remember what I’ve read.

I had a hard time picking favorites, so I just looked at what I rated 5 stars and counted those. Your list looks pretty good, and 189 books for the year is awesome!
