I have been reading on and off all day, for a total of 6.5. Even with my breaks, my eyes feel like they’re gritty and images are blurring.
So I’m going to take a little break!
So far, I’ve finished Heiress without a Cause - click for review: (started at p. 120 and finished at 329, for a total of 209 pages); then I read The Return of Edgar Cayce (click for review), with 160 pages.
Sub-Total Read – 369 pages
I’m currently reading The Accidental, by Ali Smith, and hope to resume reading once my eyes are rested…lol

I’ll be back in the morning to report what I’ve accomplished between now and then.
How are the rest of you doing? What distractions did you face? For me, it was just needing a break…..but once I did go on Pinterest…lol

You’re doing great!! It’s a lot of reading to do in one day!! I decided to change it up this year and I’m watching movies based on books!!
That’s interesting, Staci, because in one of my breaks, I watched (again!) A Home at the End of the World, based on Michael Cunningham’s book. It was sad…and even though I knew how it would turn out, I couldn’t help but tear up anyway!
Thanks for stopping by….
Hope the second half of the RAT goes well for you! I am getting tired too early!
My eyes were more tired than I thought…I’ve certainly read a lot on many occasions, but usually I take more breaks. I only read for one more hour last night and then fell asleep! Thanks for stopping by, Nise.
I think you did a great job already. Hope you enjoy the read of the RAT.
Team Polonius
I think it is officially over, now…right? I read for only one more hour after this update…and then fell asleep! Thanks for stopping by, Jenn.
Going well, Laurel-Rain! I’ve just woking up as we’re on different times – ready to continue reading.
Hope you’ll get a few more hours done.
Even though I gave out after only one more hour last night, I feel that I accomplished quite a bit. Thanks for stopping by, Judith, and good luck to you, too.
Breaks are good, I went out drinking the night before, that was my biggest hurdle. Oops.
